Helping impact-driven organizations improve their ‘how.’

When you know there’s a

better way

  • If you’re experiencing….

    • Teams using a mishmash of tools; a lack of clarity around which tool to use when.

    • Data & information silos hindering cross-team collaboration.

    • Unproductive meetings draining time & resources.

    • Vital information getting lost due to poor communication.

  • If you’re experiencing…

    • Key processes or tools no longer meeting organizational needs.

    • Lack of formalized & documented processes leading to confusion around how things are done.

    • Bottlenecks causing key processes to constantly stall, resulting in delays and frustration

    • Inconsistent processes leading to employee burnout and reduced job satisfaction.

  • If you’re experiencing…

    • Rapid growth straining existing systems, causing operational issues.

    • Current processes and tools that can’t keep up with organizational growth.

  • If you’re experiencing…

    • Knowing things aren’t working but not knowing where to start.

    • A lack of established best practices and standards in key areas (i.e. around project management, collaboration, process implementation, communication).

    • A lack of capacity to get where you need to go; a need for external support.

Together, we will:

  • Identify & address root causes of pain points

  • Refine and/or upgrade outdated & outgrown processes

  • Ensure key information is clearly documented & accessible to those who need it

  • Establish best practices & standards that are aligned with your org culture

  • Apply project & change management to ensure long-term sustainability of new solutions

Why we focus on how.

Most of my time in the non-profit sector has been accompanied by one recurring thought - “there’s got to be a better way.” Whether I was launching strategic initiatives, communicating cross-departmentally, implementing new programs, or evaluating impact - there it was, that same thought.

The problem was, I simply didn’t have the time (or energy) to even begin thinking about how.

I started ImpactHaus Consulting because thinking about “the how” is one of the things I love doing most - and something most organizations simply aren’t prioritizing in-house. Even though it is absolutely crucial to building and growing a sustainable, equitable, and impactful organization.

As an external partner, I support organizations in identifying root causes of pain points and developing right-sized solutions that cohesively integrate with existing operations and culture.
