I’m Ariane (She/Her). Here are a few things you might want to know about me before deciding whether it’s a fit:
I bring 10+ years in the social impact sector to my work, spanning nearly every area & function of the field (programs, strategy, operations, grants & more)
I’ve partnered with incredible nonprofits, governmental orgs, and social enterprises nationally (including Chrysalis, REDF, Miry’s List, Colorado Dept. of Human Services, Heal the Bay, Women’s Voices Now, Coalition for Responsible Community Development & more) and abroad (including America Solidaria in Santiago, Chile, and Pulau Bidan Permaculture Project in Malaysia).
I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and a first-generation, multilingual German-American.
As a white, cis-gendered person, I aim to intentionally partner with organizations by contributing my expertise and support to the wealth of historical knowledge, lived experience, and best practices already existing within your team.
My goal is to elevate the work you are already doing, add capacity, help you get organized, and most importantly, make everyone’s lives a bit easier. I’m NOT here to reinvent the wheel, serve you an endless deck of recommendations full of buzzwords but no plan to implement, or tell you only what you want to hear.
While I do much of my work remotely, I love the opportunity to meet in person when it aligns with project needs. I am based out of Los Angeles, CA, but do travel as is needed.
If it sounds like we might be able to make magic together, let’s chat!
